Helping you LivNourished

Hi, I’m Liv — believer, holistic health coach, birth worker, and sister.

LivNourished (adjective):

  • Deeply supported in body, mind, and spirit through intentional practices, whole-food nutrition, and meaningful relationships.

  • To feel grounded, energized, and aligned with your purpose, natural rhythms, and the season you’re in.

  • To unlock your potential and find freedom in embracing who you were made to be.

My Journey

My path to healing from eating disorders and a laundry list of health issues—malnourishment, autoimmune flareups, eczema, hair loss, chronic exhaustion, headaches, insomnia, foggy brain, dizziness, candida overgrowth, “IBS,” food allergies, irregular periods, hyperthyroidism, and joint pain to name a few—took me to New Zealand eight years ago. I thought I’d lost my sparkle for life, I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

While I was living in NZ, I discovered what it meant to take care of myself through real food, true rest, and deep friendships. The Lord did a lot of heart work in me during that time that required humility and a lot of intention. I found my fire had never gone out, it just needed to be protected and fed.

After returning to the US, I became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. At the time, I wasn’t pursuing a career, just following the trail of something that felt like hope for my own health and a future worth leaning into. I never could’ve imagined what it would lead to! My work is never a job. It’s a mission, a calling—the fulfillment of my purpose.

My Method

I take a root-cause, whole-person approach that honors female physiology and bio-individuality.

LivNourishedCo is grounded in evidence-based research, real experience, and the fact that we are what we eat at a cellular level. Learn more about my coaching style influences and the topics I’m diving deep into at Letters From Liv.

How it Works

Together we will determine what goals you want to achieve and create practical action plans to build healthy habits.

When you’re nourished, you’re able to focus and accomplish your goals with more ease and less grind. Holistic health coaching helps you look at areas of your life where your habits are harming your health and working against your goals.

Intentional habits support your goals by reducing decision fatigue. When you prioritize your health you start to automate processes, like working out, prepping real food-focused meals, taking breaks to breathe and ground. These become part of your routine, freeing up your mind to think clearly, problem-solve at work, manage stress, invest in relationships, and meet daily life demands. Discover how to create meaningful change with my goals guide.

My Commitment to You

I will support you by providing guidance, education, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.

Together, we’ll uncover what truly nourishes you — with practical tools, deep listening, and zero shame. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you — as a guide and a sister.

You don’t need to “get back” to yourself. You’ve been here all along. And you’re stronger than you know.

Interested in working together? Message me and I’ll give you access to a women’s health history form. Detailed info you provide will help me get a pulse on where you’re at and where you’d like to be. Once you submit the form I’ll be in touch to schedule our meeting and discuss your goals!
